Grammy, CMA and ACM award winning Kentucky Headhunters will appear Saturday, Sept. 25, at the West Plains Civic Center in West Plains, Mo. Hosting the show is Repertory Theatre of the Ozarks (RTO). This high energy group of southern rockers will take the stage at the Civic Center arena for an end of summer blast with their special brand of rock,
This will be a day-long and night event featuring an opening show with bands and RTO stars. that starts at 1 p.m., and including barbecue, a meet-and-greet with the Headhunters, exhibitors and concessions. Show bands will include MotherStar of Springfield, Mo; “Undecided” of West Plains, Shannon Bailey and the Empty Pockets Band of Pocahontas, Ark., Three Years ’til September of West Plains. and Reloaded of West Plains. Singing in the opening show will be RTO stars Janie Crews of Springfield, Mo., Mariann Hyslop of West Plains, J.R. Briggs of Reyno, Ark., Jamie McLaughlin of Thayer, Mo., and special guest Larry Price of Alton, Mo. The Headhunters will go on stage at approximately 7 p.m. Those arriving early can secure the best seats.
Master of Ceremonies for the event will be long-time radio personality Mike Crase
Currently, tickets will be sold in West Plains, Mo., at West Plains Music, on the square. Also at Thayer Decorating , downtown Thayer, and at Alton RadioShack and Brad’s Bike Shop, both in Alton, Mo. In Rolla ,Mo., they will be sold at Merles Music. In Mountain Grove, Mo. they will be sold at Love Fashions, and in Springfield, at Kaleidoscope.
In Arkansas, tickets will be sold in Mammoth Spring, at Cedar Mall, south Highway 63, and Spring Dipper Ice cream shop, also on Highway 63. In downtown Hardy, they will be sold at Ozark Classic Crafts Mall In Pocahontas tickets are sold at Riverside Express convenience store and at Price Chopper convenience store. In Mountain Home they will be sold at Spokes Cycle.
General admission tickets for the event will be $18 in advance and $22 at the door.
VIP tickets, which cost $40, get you preferred seating in the front section on the floor. Backstage pass tickets, which cost $60, secure front row seating and admission to the meet and greet. A limited number of VIP tickets and a very limited number of backstage pass tickets will be sold.
Tickets for the Headhunters are also on sale through TicketMaster, 1-800 745-3000 and on line at www.ticketmaster.com.

The Headhunters concert is presented by Repertory Theater of the Ozarks (RTO), a non-profit regional community theater organization. RTO promotes live music and live theatre. The concert is a benefit for RTO to help the group secure a theater.

Two weeks folks til the Kentucky Headhunters Concert. Great event for the West Plains area. Tickets available at local shops, the Civic Center box office and through Ticketmaster. It's a party with some local bands and talent and then the Kentucky Headhunters takes us away with their music.
